Tomato Bruschetta

Ciao everyone. Today we are going to make something out of Italian cuisine. Few days back I was feeling gloomy and really wanted to go to Italy for a road trip, but obviously I couldn’t because of some reasons. So I decide let’s bring little Italy in my kitchen. And hence I made bruschetta.

Now the key while making bruschetta is that you need to choose a perfect Italian bread. Your bread can be store bought or homemade. I used store bought because of lack of time. But you can surely make it at home. One more thing to keep in mind while making bruschetta, use red as well as yellow tomatoes to give that perfect sourness. This is going to be a short blog so let’s hop right onto the recipe.

What you need-

· 7-8 slices of Italian bread

· 1 tsp olive oil

· 1 red tomato

· 1 yellow tomato

· 1 onion

· 1-2 garlic cloves

· 5-6 chopped basil leaves

· Salt and black pepper to taste

How to make it??

1. In a bowl add all the ingredients except bread slices. Mix them well.

2. Toast your bread from both sides and top it off with tomato onion mix.

3. Serve it before it gets soggy.

That’s it, I told ya it’s a easy recipe. And believe me everyone loves bruschetta. The perfectly toasted and crunchy bread with the cold and sour tomatoes and perfect garlicy taste, what else do we want?
